Transfer Certificate Information

A Transfer Certificate is an official school document issued when a student leaves PRPS to continue education at another school or institution.

  • Student’s full name
  • Admission / Enrollment Number
  • Current class and section
  • Date of birth
  • Father’s / Mother’s / Guardian’s name
  • Date of admission
  • Reason for leaving, where required
  • Name of the school/institution being joined, if applicable
  • Parent/Guardian contact details
  • Date of application

How to Apply for a Transfer Certificate

01. Submit a Request- The parent or guardian should submit a written request for the Transfer Certificate to the school office.

02. Provide Student Details- The request should include the student’s name, class, admission number and other relevant school details.

03. Complete School Formalities – Any pending academic, administrative or other applicable formalities should be completed before the certificate is issued.

04. Record Verification- The school verifies the student’s records and confirms the required details.

05. TC Issuance- After completion of the required process, the Transfer Certificate is prepared and issued by the school.
